We created the Colorado Guided Divorce System so clients can choose flat-fee packages for the stages they need—strategy, filing, parenting plans, financial disclosures, mediation, agreements, and final orders. When a package is not the right fit, we can still take your case and handle everything at an hourly rate, including entering the case, appearing in court, and negotiating with the opposing party or counsel.
We serve clients statewide through Zoom and secure email, and we meet in person where it makes sense—near your home, work, courthouse, or a local library or coffee shop.
